I decided to work with Panos after I had worked with another trainer for almost a year. Panos' style of training is very different from what I was used to do with my ex-trainer. He uses exercises that have made me much stronger in my everyday life as well as at the gym. Since I started this program with the help and Panos's advice, I've lost 2 inches off my waist, gained 3/4 inches on my biceps, 1/2 inch on my forearms, 1 inch on my thighs (I can now see the muscles), 1/2 inch on the calves, and of course the chest and back have toned up, pecs are tighter and my personal strength has been noticeable, walking, etc. Plus i've gained 10 lbs. of pure muscle.
