Panos Prokos, MS, CSCS, is an exercise physiologist, strength and conditioning coach and personal trainer who provides personal training and coaching services in the area of Rancho Cucamonga in the Inland Empire.

Panos' clients are in their majority adults between 30 and 60 years of age with little or no previous training experience and who are focusing on improving their health, appearance and well being. Many people have come to him to get relief from physical injuries which prevented them from enjoying their everyday life. Many have been recovering from serious back injuries, painful shoulders, damaged knees and various other physical problems. Others have been battling with high cholesterol, blood pressure and obesity as a result of a busy work schedule and a stressful lifestyle.

Many of his clients are people in their 30's, 40's and 50's who are not comfortable exercising in a typical big gym environment and are looking for an experienced fitness coach in a smaller gym to design a training and coaching plan custom made to their specific needs and train them in their own comfort zone.

Contrary to the average personal trainer, Panos has considerable experience having been working in the field for more than 14 years. Additionally he is highly educated having a Bachelor's degree in Exercise physiology as well as holding the most prestigious coaching credential the CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist). He also holds a Bachelor's degree in psychology and a postgraduate Master's degree as a psychotherapist (MFT) with emphasis in sports psychology. This allows him to help people who are not necessarily very motivated about sticking with a fitness program.

His training philosophy is that each client is UNIQUE. Everyone has their own specific needs, goals, and limitations. Panos understands and respects this fact, and as a result each client gets their own unique training program, their own unique nutrition and their own unique motivation approach.

Everybody regardless of age, current fitness level or health problems can become stronger, leaner, healthier and more confident by following the right fitness plan. Panos will design exactly this plan and then coach you, train you and motivate you at your own pace and within your own comfort zone all within a professional environment.

In-home Personal Training

In addition to gym based personal training, we provide In-home personal training services in the Inland Empire areas of Upland, Rancho Cucamonga, Alta Loma, Claremont and La Verne. We also provide In-home personal training in the Orange county and Greater Los Angeles areas. In-home personal training services are targeted to the individual who wishes to train on his or her own while under the direction and guidance of Panos Prokos.

Typically an In-home personal training takes place at the convenience of your own home with each session being 60 minutes long. Besides the training, during the session you will get detailed education in matters related to nutrition and other aspects of fitness.
